Senior Manager – Financial Reporting & Analysis

We are looking for a Sr. Manager Financial Reporting & Analysis for a leading Hotel Group. Job Profile: Senior Manager – Financial Reporting & Analysis, reporting into the Vice President Finance of the company, and responsible for financial reporting, analysis and statutory audits under the IndAS formats. Financial Reporting of quarterly & yearly standalone and consolidated results of the company as per IndAS and quarterly reporting of Indian results to the group at Canada. Includes KPI, variance analysis and adopt a leadership role in driving accounting policies and procedures across the organization having two business verticals of Resorts Business and Membership Business. This role is also key interface to secretarial requirements and taxation requirements of the company. Requirements: • Chartered Accountant with 5 years of relevant experience • Hospitality experience preferred • Person should be familiar with accounting on ERP systems (Oracle Netsuite preferable), and should take a lead in handling statutory auditors of the company. • Exposure to establishing controls and internal controls for ICFR is essential for this role.
