Role Description This is a full-time on-site position for a Senior Manager HR, based at Cadila Pharmaceuticals' manufacturing facility in Dholka, Gujarat. The Senior Manager HR will be responsible for overseeing all human resource functions, developing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities will include talent acquisition, employee engagement initiatives, training and development programs, performance management, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and applicable labor laws. The role involves collaboration with various departments to implement best HR practices and drive organizational growth. Qualifications • Strong expertise in HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and training and development • Thorough knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations • Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills • Proficiency in HR tools and systems, as well as data-driven approaches for workforce planning • Ability to manage on-site HR operations and foster a positive work environment • Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • Experience in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry is an added advantage
