Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Manager – HR who will play a strategic and operational role in shaping our people culture, strengthening employer branding, managing recruitment, and driving internal communication across teams. Key Responsibilities • Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid-senior roles across functions (creative, digital, performance, tech, operations, leadership roles). Partner with department heads to understand manpower planning, role clarity, and future hiring needs. Build strong hiring funnels through referrals, portals, LinkedIn, agencies, and employer branding initiatives. Ensure quality hiring with cultural alignment and long-term potential. Manage offer letters, negotiations, onboarding, and joining formalities. • Employer Branding & PR Coordination Work closely with the PR, Marketing & Leadership teams to position the company as an employer of choice. Support PR initiatives related to: Leadership interviews Employer branding stories Workplace culture highlights Industry awards & recognitions Coordinate with external PR agencies for people-centric communication. Ensure consistent internal & external brand voice. • Internal Communication & Culture Building Design and execute internal communication frameworks: Monthly leadership updates Team announcements & recognitions Policy updates and cultural initiatives Strengthen inter-department collaboration and transparency. Create engagement initiatives (town halls, celebrations, learning sessions, recognition programs). Act as a communication bridge between management and teams. • Performance, HR Operations & Compliance Oversee performance review cycles, appraisals, and employee feedback systems. Ensure smooth HR operations including: Attendance & leave management HR documentation Policy implementation Handle grievance management and conflict resolution with empathy and structure. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. • Leadership Support & Strategic HR Planning Work closely with founders and senior leadership on: Organization structure planning Culture building initiatives Leadership communication Provide insights on people trends, attrition, morale, and engagement. Support change management initiatives during business growth or restructuring.
