VPR Mining Infrastructure Private Ltd is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR leader to join our team at the Talaipalli Project Site, Chhattisgarh. Position: Senior Manager – HR Qualification & Experience: • Graduate / Postgraduate in Human Resources or related discipline • 15+ years of HR experience within the mining industry • Deep expertise in Labour Laws, statutory compliance, and industrial relations • Proven track record in managing large-scale workforces (2,000+ employees/workers) • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, communication, and problem-solving capabilities • Ability to drive HR processes, workforce planning, and employee engagement in a fast-paced project environment If you’re a strategic HR professional ready to lead at one of India’s major mining project sites, we’d love to hear from you.
