About our client : Our client is a market leader in the payments and financial technology space, driving large-scale digital transaction infrastructure and serving a broad enterprise and merchant base. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Act as a strategic HR partner to Business and Operations leaders to align people strategy with business objectives. - Design, build, and lead the L&D charter, including behavioral, leadership, functional, and compliance learning programs. - Conduct structured Training Needs Analysis (TNA) based on business goals, competency gaps, and performance data. - Develop and execute annual learning calendars and capability-building roadmaps. - Own end-to-end training delivery including program design, vendor management, facilitation, and impact assessment. - Establish frameworks for career progression, capability building, and internal talent mobility. IDEAL CANDIDATE: - 9 -15 years of HR Business Partnering experience, preferably in non-tech, business operations. - MBA /PGDM (Tier 1) - Proven experience in building and running Learning & Development frameworks or academies. - Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills. - Solid understanding of business operations, productivity drivers, operational KPIs, and workforce metrics.
