Based in Bangalore, this role partners closely with business leaders to drive people strategy, enable talent development, and strengthen organizational effectiveness. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to contribute to a people-first culture while enabling business success in a fast-paced, global environment. Key Responsibilities • Partner with business leaders to design and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives. • Lead and support initiatives in areas such as workforce planning, talent management, leadership development, employee engagement, and organizational change. • Provide thought leadership on HR best practices and employee relations, ensuring alignment with global HR policies. • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster a high-performing and inclusive workplace. • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and insights for proactive decision-making and continuous improvement. • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence across Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation, and more to deliver impactful HR solutions. • Coach and influence senior leaders to enhance leadership effectiveness and employee experience. Qualifications • MBA in Human Resources or a related discipline from a reputed institute. • 11 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 7 years in a business partnering role. • Prior experience working in large-scale, matrixed organizations in the financial services, investment management, or technology sector. • Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategies with business goals. • Proven track record in driving cultural and organizational change. • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills. • High level of integrity, resilience, and adaptability.
