Position Summary: The Senior Manager, HR Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a strategic advisor and people leader supporting multiple functions within the India Global Capability Center of Albertsons Companies. Role Responsibilities: Strategic HR Partnership: • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across assigned business units. • Translate business strategies into aligned HR initiatives. Organizational Development & Talent Management: • Lead talent reviews, performance management, and succession planning efforts for designated functions. Employee Relations & Compliance: • Oversee sensitive employee relations matters. Culture, Engagement & DEI: • Strengthen the company’s culture and values. Workforce Planning & HR Operations Support: • Partner with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and HR Operations. HR Analytics & Reporting: • Leverage HR metrics and dashboards to identify trends. Leadership & Supervisor: • Lead and supervise a team of HR professionals.
