Company Size: 200+ Employees | Founded: 1998 | Industry: Fire & Safety Website: www.kanexfire.com Objective To lead and strengthen the end-to-end Human Resources function by building robust people processes, driving a performance-oriented culture, ensuring statutory compliance, and acting as a trusted partner to leadership on all people-related matters. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and exits • Act as a trusted people partner, handling employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues with maturity, fairness, and consistency • Strengthen and standardise HR processes, SOPs, and HRMS adoption across the organisation • Drive a KRA/KPI-based performance culture, appraisals, productivity initiatives, and continuous improvement • Ensure complete statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Factory Act, and other applicable labour laws • Partner with leadership on workforce planning, employee engagement, succession planning, and organisational development • Support management with HR MIS, people insights, and culture-building initiatives aligned with business goals Basic Qualifications • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources • 8–12 years of progressive HR experience (manufacturing industry preferred) • Strong exposure to employee relations, grievance handling, and discipline management • Hands-on experience with HR processes, HRMS, and compliance frameworks Skill Set • Strong people-management and employee-relations capability • Sound understanding of HR processes, labour laws, and statutory compliance • Emotionally mature, process-oriented, and confident in handling people challenges • Balanced approach with firm decision-making and empathy Perks • Group Mediclaim coverage • Learning and Training Program for professional development • Career-growth opportunities in a growing organisation
