As a Senior Manager in Enterprise Analytics at Tesco, you will play a crucial role in shaping multiple partnerships with Tesco group functions. Your main responsibility will be to own the analytical roadmap for the partnership LTPs and strategic initiatives, ensuring measurable impact for the business functions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and lead a high performing team, setting direction and coaching them for success through inspiring conversations daily - Promote a culture of Continuous Improvement (CI) within teams to drive operational enhancements - Be accountable for achieving team objectives, stakeholder management, and escalation management - Provide inputs that influence function plans, policies, budget, and resources within your scope - Shape and own the analytics workplan, proactively identifying opportunities and delivering successful programs with disproportionate returns - Lead functional and Tesco Business Solutions (TBS) initiatives to drive continuous development of Enterprise Analytics and TBS Qualifications Required: - 10 to 12+ years of experience leading multiple analytics engagements in domains like retail, CPG, telecom, or hospitality - Experience in one of the following functional areas: marketing, supply chain, customer, merchandising, operations, finance, or digital - Understanding of machine learning techniques, Python, SQL, Hive, visualization tools (e.g., Tableau), Linear & Logistics regression, Decision Trees, Random Forest, XGBoost, and Neural Network - Retail expertise, partnership management, analytics conceptual application to larger business context, storyboarding, managing managers
