Serving industries such as QSR, dairy, supermarkets, and catering, Dinearth is recognized as India’s largest exporter of bagasse tableware products, committed to innovation, sustainability, and global environmental responsibility. Role Overview The Senior Manager - International Business Development (Exports) will lead the expansion of Dinearth’s international business by developing new export markets, managing strategic global accounts, and strengthening distributor partnerships. This role requires a strong commercial mindset, deep understanding of export processes, and the ability to scale sustainable products across global markets while ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. Key Responsibilities • Identify and develop new international markets through market research, trend analysis, and competitive intelligence. • Generate new export business through prospecting, cold outreach, networking, and leveraging existing relationships. • Negotiate commercial terms including pricing, contracts, and payment conditions with international clients and distributors. • Build and maintain long-term relationships with overseas customers, channel partners, and key stakeholders. • Develop and execute export sales strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives. • Coordinate closely with internal teams including logistics, design, and manufacturing to ensure timely and quality deliveries. • Monitor and report on sales performance, market insights, and competitor activity. • Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as export revenue, customer acquisition, and market penetration. Key Skills & Competencies • Proven expertise in international sales and export business development. • Strong negotiation and contract management skills. • Sound knowledge of export documentation, compliance, and Incoterms. • Understanding of eco-friendly packaging solutions and bagasse-based products (preferred). • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Strategic thinker with strong execution and result orientation. • Ability to manage multiple international markets and accounts simultaneously. Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related discipline. • 5–10 years of experience in international sales, export business development, or a similar role. • Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional language skills are an advantage. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. • High adaptability to changing global market dynamics and customer requirements.
