We're looking for a dedicated Client Servicing Manager to join our team in Noida. In this role, you'll be the crucial bridge, ensuring our innovative ideas transform into exceptional realities, on time and within scope. We need someone who can skillfully manage project timelines, coordinate talented teams, optimize processes, and champion creative excellence every step of the way. Roles & Responsibilities: ● Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives and marketing goals. ● Act as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring seamless communication and a high level of client satisfaction. ● Work closely with internal teams, including creative, media, and analytics, to develop and deliver comprehensive advertising solutions. ● Oversee the end-to-end execution of localization campaigns, ensuring they align with client objectives and meet quality standards. ● Monitor project performance and provide strategic insights and recommendations for optimization. ● Manage client budgets effectively, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and delivering value for the client's investment. ● Implement retention strategies to ensure long-term partnerships with key clients.
