Collaborate with IT leadership and business stakeholders to identify skill gaps and learning needs. Manage and mentor a team of L&D professionals. Oversee the selection and management of learning technologies, platforms, and vendors. Measure and analyze the effectiveness of learning programs through metrics and feedback. Promote a culture of knowledge sharing, innovation, and professional development within the IT department.
