About the Role We are looking for an experienced Brand Management professional to drive brand strategy, communication, ... and market impact. The role involves owning the brand narrative, deriving consumer insights, working with agencies, and ensuring strong in-market execution. Key Responsibilities • Act as the custodian of the customer’s voice through market and consumer insights. • Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity. • Develop brand positioning, communication strategy, and brand voice. • Work closely with creative, media, and research agencies for campaign execution. • Plan and execute monthly and quarterly marketing initiatives (offline & online). • Drive brand innovation, partnerships, and visibility initiatives. • Manage campaign execution, timelines, and marketing spends. • Collaborate with sales teams to support business targets. • Track campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs through MIS. Candidate Profile • 10–13 years of experience in Brand Management within Auto OEMs. • Exposure to 2W / 3W / 4W / Truck segments is mandatory. • Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability. • Excellent stakeholder and agency management skills. • Willing to work from Bangalore and travel to Chennai as required.
