As the Senior Manager of Design at Spendflo, you will define and lead the design strategy across our product, brand, and platform experience. You’ll work at the intersection of user needs, business goals, and technology constraints to deliver designs that scale and differentiate. What You’ll Do: • Define and own the design strategy and roadmap aligned with Spendflo’s business goals, product vision, and brand identity. • Lead, hire, mentor, and grow a multi-disciplinary design team (product UX/UI/CI, visual design, marketing design, brand) and shape the design culture. What We’re Looking For: • 10+ years in product/UX/design roles within SaaS, enterprise software, or growth-stage tech companies; • Proven track record of scaling design teams and building design systems that support both product and marketing across a SaaS business.
