As a Senior Manager of Supply Chain Systems and Processes at Vishay, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing planning systems, ensuring data integrity, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and enhancing data visualization. Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing the regular upkeep, optimization, and troubleshooting of planning systems to ensure efficient and accurate operations. You will assist in configuration design, customization, integration, and testing to support evolving business requirements. - Ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of master data across all systems. This includes coordinating with relevant stakeholders for updates and corrections, with desired experience in MES and data integration with SAP. - Developing and implementing automation solutions for routine and ad-hoc reporting to improve the accuracy, speed, and efficiency of data delivery. - Collaborating closely with IT, operations, and business units to identify and address system enhancements, ensuring that planning tools meet organizational needs. - Providing training to end-users on best practices for using planning systems and tools, and offering ongoing technical support as needed. - Ensuring data management practices comply with internal policies and industry standards to support accurate and timely reporting. - Continuously monitoring the performance of planning systems and reporting tools, implementing improvements based on feedback and performance metrics. - Developing and maintaining dashboards and data visualization tools to enable stakeholders to make data-driven decisions quickly and efficiently. - Maintaining up-to-date documentation for system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides to ensure consistency and ease of use across teams. In addition to the key responsibilities, you should have expertise in SAP APO, SAP Master Data Management, SAP integration skills, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with data management tools and platforms. Your experience and skills should include hands-on experience with SAP APO modules, master data governance, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, as well as project management experience. You should possess excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and have a keen attention to detail with the ability to ensure the accuracy and quality of master data and planning systems with minimal supervision. A Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related fields is required, along with certifications in SAP APO or related SAP modules.
