Key Responsibilities: • Own and drive the end-to-end admissions strategy. • Oversee the entire admissions funnel. • Lead, mentor, and develop the admissions team. • Ensure rigorous evaluations through structured tests, interviews, and a standardised selection process. • Monitor admissions dashboards and data daily.
