Position Summary Level: Senior Manager or equivalent [Specialist Leader - Gen AI Architect] As a Senior Manager/Specialist leader at Deloitte Consulting, you will play the role of strategic architect who creates and(or) reviews enterprise grade architectures and also provides best practices for technical delivery for complex, enterprise-solutions. You will lead and guide multidisciplinary, global teams and serve as a senior mentor to managers and junior staff. You will partner closely with clients and internal stakeholders to align solution strategies with business goals, contribute to sales and proposal development, and ensure rigorous management of end-to-end project delivery, including scoping, estimation, and executive reporting for successful project outcomes. Work you’ll do:As a Senior Manager, you will collaborate with client and internal leadership to shape solution strategies that align with key business objectives. You will provide expert oversight throughout the technical delivery lifecycle—guiding architectural decisions, driving best practices, and ensuring solutions meet quality standards. In this role, you will manage multidisciplinary teams, coach and mentor talent, and oversee project progress through executive status reporting and risk mitigation. Additionally, you will support business development efforts by contributing to proposals, providing solution insights, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Qualifications Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications: • 15+ years of relevant experience in Generative AI, Deep Learning, or NLP with strong architectural leadership • Led multiple large-scale teams (30-40 members) on complex end-to-end AI/GenAI transformation projects • Exceptional communication, executive presence, and client/stakeholder management skills at C-level • Must have strong hands-on experience with programming languages like Python and SQL, and frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch • Deep expertise in AI/GenAI Archi-types and designing comprehensive solution architectures for enterprises • Proven track record in defining and executing Enterprise AI Strategy aligned with business objectives • Expert-level knowledge of LLM Optimization techniques including LoRA, QLoRA, and Quantization for efficient model deployment • Comprehensive understanding of Transformer Architecture and its evolution in modern AI systems • Extensive experience in Multi-cloud Architecture design and implementation across AWS, Azure, and GCP • Deep expertise in MLOps at scale for managing enterprise-wide AI/ML operations and governance • Strong knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks and architecting complex agent-based enterprise solutions • Proven experience designing and implementing sophisticated RAG architectures for large-scale applications • Expert-level knowledge of Prompt Engineering strategies and optimization techniques • Extensive experience with Vector databases including Pinecone, Weaviate, and Chroma for enterprise knowledge management • Deep expertise with LangChain and LlamaIndex for building scalable AI application architectures • Strong knowledge of Model evaluation & benchmarking frameworks and methodologies • Proven track record in Cost optimization strategies for AI/ML infrastructure and operations • Deep understanding of Microservices architecture and cloud-native design patterns for AI systems • Well versed with latest advancements in Transformer architecture and emerging trends in Gen AI and Agentic AI • Comprehensive knowledge of hyperscaler offerings (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Gen AI tools ecosystem • Lead and deliver large-scale, strategic AI/Gen AI programs across multiple industries and domains • Create and review enterprise level architectures involving AI, Gen AI, Data and security components • Drive client relationships and partnerships at executive level to shape AI transformation roadmaps • Lead and mentor multiple teams of Data Engineers, ML/AI Engineers, Solution Architects, and other Data & AI professionals • Define AI/Gen AI best practices, standards, and governance frameworks across the organization • Drive innovation through research, patent filings, and thought leadership in AI/Gen AI space • Lead pre-sales, strategic pursuits, and proposals with executive-level insights and vision • Champion and drive a human-led culture of Inclusion & Diversity by caring deeply for all team members AI/Cloud certifications from premier institutes (AWS Certified ML Specialty, Azure AI Engineer, GCP ML Engineer) preferred Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications: • Actively follows research papers, comprehends and innovates/presents breakthrough approaches/solutions related to Generative AI and Agentic AI components • Deep knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and AI governance practices • Proven track record in mentoring senior teams and driving technical excellence across large-scale programs Education: • * BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS)/Ph.D./M.Tech degree or equivalent from accredited university
