About us We are looking to hire a Senior Manager, Paid Marketing at Pluang pivotal in developing and executing data-driven paid marketing strategies. This role focuses on acquiring new users and maximizing return on ad spend across various paid channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads, and TikTok Ads. What You Will Do • **Strategy** • Optimize Paid Marketing for ROAS: Develop and implement comprehensive paid marketing strategies, prioritizing return on ad spend (ROAS) to ensure high-value user acquisition. • Identify Key Channels: Pinpoint the most effective paid channels for reaching target audiences and optimizing ad spend, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, ASA, TikTok Ads. • Optimization Goals: Develop and refine hypotheses on the best events to optimize, such as conversions, installs, or in-app events, to acquire the most valuable users. • **Execution** • Implement Campaigns: Oversee the execution of various paid marketing campaigns, including UAC, search-based campaigns (defense and offense), display ads, and more. • Data-Driven Analysis: Collaborate closely with the Data team to understand campaign performance, conduct A/B tests, and derive actionable insights. • Script Automation: Write and utilize scripts to automate tasks such as bid adjustments, performance monitoring, and report generation, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness. • Optimize and Improve Performance: Continuously monitor and refine campaign strategies, including targeting, bidding, and budgeting, to enhance overall performance. • **Reporting & Collaboration** • Performance Tracking & Analysis: Monitor KPIs like CAC, CPI, ROAS, and conversion rates while analyzing data to derive actionable insights for performance improvement. • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with Product, Growth, Revenue, Creative, and Data teams to ensure alignment and maximize campaign impact. • Creative Development: Collaborate with the Creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with target audiences & deliver the best ROAS. • Communication: Report campaign performance and insights to key stakeholders, providing recommendations for improvement. • **Continuous Improvement** • Stay Informed: Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in paid marketing. • Experimentation: Innovate and experiment with new paid marketing approaches to enhance user acquisition and engagement. • Learning & Development: Participate in learning and development opportunities to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
