Senior Manager – Passive Connectivity Product Sales (Data Centre Segment) Job Location Delhi NCR Experience 10–18 Years Role Overview We are looking for a seasoned sales professional to lead and drive Passive Connectivity Product sales for Data Centre customers. The role focuses on business development, key account management, solution selling, and revenue growth across hyperscale, enterprise, and colocation data centres. The incumbent will work closely with presales, product, and project teams to deliver end-to-end passive infrastructure solutions. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales • Drive sales and revenue for passive connectivity products in the Data Centre segment • Identify and develop new business opportunities with hyperscalers, colocation providers, enterprise data centres, and system integrators • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve quarterly and annual targets • Lead negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract closures Key Account Management • Manage and grow relationships with strategic Data Centre accounts • Act as the single point of contact for key customers, ensuring long-term partnerships • Develop account plans, forecast revenue, and track opportunities Solution & Consultative Selling • Work closely with presales and engineering teams to offer customized passive infrastructure solutions • Support technical discussions related to structured cabling, fiber solutions, racks, containment, patch panels, and connectivity products • Understand customer requirements and propose scalable, compliant solutions Channel & Partner Management • Develop and manage relationships with OEM partners, system integrators, EPC players, and channel partners • Support partner enablement and joint go-to-market initiatives Market Intelligence & Strategy • Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies in the Data Centre ecosystem • Provide inputs for pricing, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies • Support management with market insights and sales forecasts Product Exposure (Mandatory) • Structured Cabling Systems (Copper & Fiber) • Optical Fiber Cables & Accessories • Racks, Cabinets & Containment Solutions • Patch Panels, MPO/MTP solutions, Connectivity Hardware • Passive Infrastructure Solutions for Data Centres Desired Candidate Profile Education • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Technology or equivalent • MBA (Marketing / Sales) preferred Experience & Skills • 10–18 years of experience in B2B sales of passive connectivity / data centre infrastructure products • Strong network and relationships within the Data Centre ecosystem • Proven track record of closing large-value deals and managing enterprise accounts • Strong understanding of Data Centre design, standards, and compliance (TIA, ISO, etc.) • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills • Willingness to travel as per business requirements Key Competencies • Strategic Selling & Account Management • Data Centre Market Knowledge • Solution Selling & Consultative Approach • Revenue Growth & Forecasting • Partner & Channel Management
