About the job

As a Senior Manager, Product Manager in the Compute platform team at Lowes, you will be responsible for owning the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the portfolio of developer tools provided by the Compute Platform. This includes internal CI/CD tools, job orchestration & automation, infrastructure provisioning, and K8S & virtualization platforms. Your role will involve collaborating with reporting product managers to drive outcomes aligned with the product's vision and strategy. Given the technical nature of these products, a strong technical background is essential to understand the consumers and the market landscape in which we operate. Understanding the process of building, testing, and running applications is crucial for success in this role. - Drive continuous discovery and interviews through the Product Team. - Plan, define, and drive outcomes in a results-driven manner. - Define and own the vision and roadmap for the portfolio of products. - Prioritize initiatives for the product portfolio. - Collaborate with other teams at Lowes to achieve Lowe's outcomes using our tools. - Lead products from inception to maturity and potentially guide transformation to other products. - Mentor and oversee the product managers reporting to you. - Identify issues that may hinder product success, communicate effectively with leadership, and propose alternatives for resolution. - Recognize unmet opportunities through research or experimentation for assigned products.
