Role Overview The Senior Manager – Product Owner will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of certification programs, ensuring they are academically strong, commercially viable, learner-centric, and market-relevant. The role requires strategic thinking, strong execution capability, collaboration across teams, and ownership of product success metrics. Key Responsibilities Manage & Enhance Existing Programs : • Maintain and update curriculum, ensuring quality, relevance, and alignment with learner and industry needs. • Manage SMEs / authors, scopes of work, approvals, and royalty structures. • Refresh marketing / sales collateral and ensure seamless learner experience across website and payment flows. Drive Product Improvements Through Insights : • Analyze revenue, profitability, learner outcomes, and feedback to identify enhancement opportunities. • Lead cross-functional execution across content, delivery, tech, marketing, and sales. • Build and track product plans, secure approvals, and ensure timely delivery. Build & Launch New Certification Products : • Develop product charters, P&L plans, budgets, and launch strategies. • Design program structure, outcomes, and curriculum; onboard and manage SMEs. • Oversee development, approve GTM assets, validate user flows, and enable sales for launch success. Key Skills Required : • Strong product ownership mindset with accountability for outcomes. • Expertise in curriculum / product design and lifecycle management. • Data-driven decision-making with strong analytical capability. • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership. • Project planning, execution discipline, and attention to detail. • Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills. Qualifications : • 3-4+ years of experience in Product Management / EdTech / Program Management or related fields. • Proven experience managing educational or certification programs preferred. • Experience working with SMEs, faculty, or academic stakeholders. • Demonstrated success in launching and scaling products. • MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree preferred.
