Senior Manager, Professional Services

Job Summary This senior leadership position reports directly to the Professional Services Director and plays a pivotal role in driving the success of our professional services organization. You will lead and mentor a high-performing team of and/or Project Managers, Implementation Consultants, and other specialists. Responsibilities: • Develop and execute strategic plans for the team they are managing following the direction from their group/team director, aligning with professional services and broader company objectives. • Provide comprehensive leadership, coaching, and mentorship to your team, fostering career development, performance excellence, and a strong team culture. • Manage a complex portfolio of implementations, including intricate technical deployments. • Build strong relationships with key clients at all levels, proactively identify their needs, and provide expert guidance on best practices and use cases to maximize their success with our products. • Continuously improve internal project methodologies, develop best practice training materials, and drive innovation in project delivery. Requirements And Preferred Experience: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience) and a minimum of 6 years of experience in professional services and 3 years of leading teams within a SaaS environment. • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and build a high-performing team.
