Role Responsibilities: - Program Execution - Govern program plan for the end-to-end delivery of the workforce transformation program encompassing Internal Function, Technology, HR, TA, facilities, Physical Security, Facilities Compliance, and Vendor Organization. - Maintain comprehensive program roadmap detailed project plans with clear dependencies and robust risk mitigation strategies. - Proactively identify, track and resolve complex dependencies and systemic impediments across Internal Function teams and Vendor Organization. - Oversee vendor program management resources including those operating under Build-Operate-Transfer models ensuring alignment with program objectives and deliverables. - Establish and maintain a rigorous program governance framework ensuring adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements. - Co-create and implement a comprehensive change management strategy to ensure successful adoption of the transformation program across the organization. Role Requirements: - 12 years of progressive experience in program management with a proven track record of leading large-scale complex transformation programs. - Extensive experience managing programs involving technology, HR, talent acquisition, facilities, physical security, compliance, and financial governance. - Demonstrated expertise in managing vendor relationships including Build-Operate-Transfer. - Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies. - Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional global teams in a matrixed environment.
