About the job

Position Purpose: The role will manage and drive a portfolio of complex projects end-to-end, aligned to the transformation agenda and strategic objectives. Partner with business stakeholders to initiate/lead operational excellence and simplification projects. Key Responsibilities: • Transformation and Transitions PMO • Plan, lead and implement projects end-to-end from business case creation to significant business impact. • Responsible for governance models, risk controls, and compliance standards. • Train, coach and lead projects as part of the Lean Six Sigma program. • Develop and implement tactical and strategic solutions to ensure high-quality functional delivery. • Drive Service Center site capability development for new services added to the GCC portfolio.
