Responsibilities: • Liaising with Ops, Service line and client on the RFP, new capabilities ask from the client. • Supporting the reporting for Ops and sales. • Managing the client vendor teams including any meets, visits and events. • Internal tracking of HR, Financial metrics. • Driving Governance. Qualifications we seek in you: • Minimum qualifications: Any Graduate. • Good written and verbal communications skills, especially client level communications. • Relationship building / Influencing skills. • Preferred qualifications: Project management background. Relevant experience in Insurance industry.
