We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Reporting & Analytics to lead our Marketing Reporting and Analytics team and help turn complex data across the business into clear, actionable insights that drive growth. In this role, you’ll sit at the intersection of marketing, sales, product, partners, and services, shaping how we measure performance, understand customer behavior, and tell our story through data. Your work will directly inform decisions made by our board, senior leadership, and go-to-market teams. This is a leadership role with real influence, autonomy, and visibility — ideal for someone who enjoys building strong teams, advancing analytics capabilities, and using data to create meaningful impact. What You’ll Do • Lead and grow a high-impact analytics team • Manage and mentor a team of reporting and analytics professionals responsible for data management, analytics, reporting, list building, and BI tools • Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and support professional development • Own hiring, onboarding, performance management, and resourcing for the team • Define and measure annual team and individual performance metrics • Build and evolve our reporting and analytics frameworks • Design reporting frameworks that support both executive-level visibility and day-to-day optimization across markets, segments, products, channels, and campaigns • Develop and maintain advanced analytics models to track funnel performance, benchmarks, and progress against goals • Create and improve marketing campaign reporting and attribution models to measure performance and ROI • Recommend testing methodologies and analyze results to continuously improve marketing effectiveness • Turn data into insight and story • Become a deep expert in Daxko’s product and customer data to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities • Unify customer and product data to inform marketing automation and engagement strategies • Deliver clear, compelling board-level and executive reporting that highlights customer behavior, performance insights, and meaningful correlations • Translate complex data into narratives that are easy to understand and actionable across the organization • Partner across the business • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, Partner, and Services teams to ensure data integrity and consistency • Provide thought leadership and best practices in marketing and sales analytics to senior marketing and sales leaders • Explore and implement new tools, methods, and approaches that strengthen our analytics capabilities over time What You Bring • Strong experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms, including analytics integrations • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to organize, analyze, and communicate large, complex data sets with accuracy and care • Excellent communication and storytelling skills — you can explain what the data means, why it matters, and what to do next • Proven people leadership and project management experience, balancing multiple priorities while delivering high-quality work • Confidence collaborating cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders at all levels • Ability to build data models that support reporting and analytics tools Required Experience & Education: • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, reporting, analytics, or related leadership roles in a B2B SaaS environment • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field • Advanced experience with Salesforce dashboards and reporting • Working knowledge of SQL, Python or R, and modern analytics tools • Strong experience with data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI • Demonstrated success building and managing marketing attribution models Preferred • Master’s degree in a quantitative or technical field Daxko is dedicated to pursuing and hiring a diverse workforce.
