Senior Manager - Revenue Controller

Description We are seeking a Senior Manager - Revenue Controller to join our finance team in India. Roles and Responsibility: -Revenue Recognition & Accounting • Ensure revenue recognition is aligned with Ind AS 115 company policies, and statutory requirements. • Review customer contracts, sales orders, and agreements to assess performance obligations and determine proper accounting treatment. • Monitor multiple revenue streams and ensure correct accounting treatment. -Contract & Order Management • Collaborate with Legal & Sales teams to review customer contracts, ensuring revenue implications are assessed. -Invoicing & Revenue Recognition • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing for faster collections. -Accounts Receivable & Collections • Track unpaid invoices and monitor overdue accounts. • Drive proactive collection efforts, including follow-ups, escalation, and legal actions when required. • Ensure timely cash application and accurate AR status reporting. • Manage customer disputes, issue resolutions, credit adjustments, and re-invoicing. -Reporting & Reviews • Deliver monthly revenue reporting, KPIs, and insightful commentary. -Audit, Compliance & Risk Management • Support internal and external audits on revenue-related queries. • Implement corrective measures to address revenue risks. Qualifications & Skills • 7–12 years of experience in revenue accounting, AR management, or controllership. • CA preferred.
