Role - Senior Manager – Rewards, Performance & Org Effectiveness Location - Mumbai Budget - 35 - 40 LPA Experience - 5+ years Must Have - 5+ years experience into Rewards, Performance & Org Effectiveness Role Objective: We're looking for a people-focused and detail-oriented HR professional to join our Rewards & Performance team. The candidate will help shape and improve our rewards and benefits offerings and strengthen organizational processes and design, using data and insights to support better decisions and drive employee engagement. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Rewards Strategy & Execution - Conduct compensation benchmarking and pay positioning analyses to ensure internal and external equity. - Use analytics to identify pay gaps and recommend data-backed structural enhancements. - Collaborate with vendors (e.g., Comport) for tool rollout, configuration, and integration. - Drive change management through targeted training and communication plans. - Track tool usage and feedback to enhance adoption and process effectiveness. 2. HR Data Analytics and Insights - Develop and maintain HR dashboards tracking wage cost, attrition, headcount, and diversity. - Analyze workforce data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. - Present actionable insights to HR and business leaders for strategic decision-making. - Build HRBP capability to interpret dashboards and drive data-based interventions. - Manage partner workforce data to ensure accuracy, visibility, and compliance. - Prepare headcount and cost projections for AOP, covering both on-roll and partner workforce. 3. Benefits Strategy and Governance - Lead company's benefits charter covering medical insurance, wellness, and allied policies. - Evaluate and select vendors to enhance coverage, employee experience, and cost efficiency. - Conduct annual benchmarking and utilization reviews to identify improvement areas. - Drive employee communication and engagement initiatives to improve benefits awareness and adoption. 4. Organizational Effectiveness - Contribute to the development and publication of Spans & Layers toolkit - Generate monthly insights and reports for Management Committee - Partner with business teams to identify and implement org design improvements. Qualifications and Skills: - MBA or an equivalent degree from a Tier I institute - Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) - Good communication and collaboration skills
