Position Summary We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Senior Manager Sales to lead revenue growth and oversee NxtWave's offline expansion across key territories. In this leadership role, you will manage a team of Associate SMs, Business Development Managers (BDMs), Associate BDMs (ABDMs), and Counsellors, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets, process excellence, and exceptional customer experience. You will own the sales funnel end-to-end, coach your team for high performance, and implement scalable systems to support NxtWave's growth across multiple regions. Key Responsibilities • Revenue & Funnel Management Own the entire B2C sales funnel: Lead Qualification – Demo – Conversion – Retention. • Track and optimize key metrics: Lead-to-Demo %, Demo-to-Sale %, CAC, Attrition, and Revenue per Counsellor. • Develop accurate sales forecasting models to plan resources and achieve revenue goals. • Strategic Planning & Execution Design and execute territory-wise growth and expansion strategies aligned with organizational objectives. • Conduct market analysis to identify new offline opportunities and regional demand patterns. • Define short-term and long-term sales roadmaps for scalability. • Manage office visits, counseling sessions, and admission processes for parents and students. • Team Leadership Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Managers, ABDMs, and Counsellors. Conduct regular performance reviews and coach team members to enhance productivity. Build a strong team culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and excellence. • Operational Excellence Identify bottlenecks in funnel management and implement process improvements. Collaborate with Marketing, Lead Generation, Product, and Operations teams to align strategies and improve lead efficiency. Handle escalations, ensuring a seamless and positive learner experience.
