Qualifications • Strong analytical skills and experience in business planning to assess market trends and drive sales strategies. • Exceptional communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. • Proven expertise in sales operations, including setting targets, leading teams, and achieving business development objectives. • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in diverse industries. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus. • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a leadership role. • Familiarity with the latest sales and business development tools and technologies.
