Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Manager - Sales & Operations, located in Mumbai, India. The Senior Manager will oversee sales operations, manage client relationships, and develop effective sales strategies. Responsibilities include leading a team to achieve sales targets, creating detailed business plans, analyzing market trends, and identifying growth opportunities. The role requires ensuring excellent customer service while driving revenue growth and building and maintaining partnerships. Qualifications • Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Business Planning to assess sales performance and strategize effectively. • Exceptional Communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders and fostering relationships. • Proven expertise in Customer Service to enhance client satisfaction and build lasting partnerships. • Experience in Sales Operations, including managing sales processes, goal setting, and team leadership. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment and deliver results under tight deadlines. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus). • Familiarity with the marketing and communications industry is highly desirable.
