The candidate will also be involved in coordinating with stakeholders and implementing strategies to optimize plant efficiency. Qualifications• Strong knowledge and experience in Solar Operations & Maintenance, plant performance monitoring, and system troubleshooting.• Proficiency in project management, team leadership, and stakeholder coordination.• Understanding of safety standards, regulatory compliance, and industry best practices related to solar energy systems.• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to improve operations and resolve technical issues.• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field is preferred.• Prior experience in a senior O&M role within the renewable energy industry is highly desirable.
