Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Gurgaon | Manufacturing + D2C | High-Growth Environment We are looking for a strong Talent Acquisition & HR Operations leader who can build a high-performance team in a fast-growing manufacturing and consumer brand company. This is not a payroll role. This role owns hiring, retention, KPIs, compliance, and culture execution. What You Will Own ... : • Hire A-players across sales, operations, plant, finance & leadership • Build structured hiring process with scorecards and 90-day performance plans • Reduce attrition and improve productivity • Implement KRAs, KPIs & performance review systems • Oversee compliance (PF, ESI, Mediclaim, statutory) • Strengthen onboarding, training and retention systems • Build HR dashboards linked to business profitability What We Need: • 8+ years HR experience, 3+ years in manufacturing preferred • Strong experience in hiring mid & senior leadership roles • Data-driven mindset – understands numbers, not just policies • Experience managing 150+ employees • Ability to handle pressure and growth-stage chaos • High ownership mindset
