As a Senior Manager/Associate Director QC HR, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategic HR plans and policies to support the company's mission and HR strategy. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the smooth running of HR activities aligned with business goals, collaborating with the management team to oversee HR operating models, guiding and coaching managers, and analyzing teams to ensure organizational efficiency. Additionally, you will act as a pillar of change management within your designated perimeter. Key Responsibilities: Help business leaders identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes in alignment with the business strategy. Build strong relationships within the project team by leveraging specialist and generalist HR knowledge across multiple areas of expertise. Provide advisory support on Performance Management, Talent Management, Career Development, and Succession Planning to foster a High-Performance team culture. Partner with various HR groups such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, HR Operations, Compensation, and Benefits to deliver HR solutions to employees. Drive HR initiatives, implement new processes or tools, and enhance overall team engagement. Foster close relationships and engagement with team members to improve work relationships, morale, and productivity, contributing to a positive work culture. In the area of Performance Management: Understand business needs and roles to ensure appropriate goal setting for individuals. Lead annual and mid-year performance reviews, facilitate calibration sessions, and support ongoing alignment conversations. Coach directors, project managers, and people leads to ensure effective performance management processes. Manage KPIs, goal setting, and performance evaluation to drive organizational efficiency. In Talent Development & Succession Planning: Collaborate with business leaders to identify Core Team Members and facilitate regular engagement sessions. Mentor and coach people managers on leadership skills, managing difficult conversations, and providing feedback. Define talent strategy, succession planning, assessment of capabilities, training plans, and career paths in collaboration with HR leaders. In Compensation and Benefits, HR Operations Analytics, and Employee Relations: Ensure qualitative data management on HR information systems, contract addendums, leaves, and absences. Work on improving processes and efficiencies with the HR Operations team, utilizing people data insights and analytics for informed decision-making.
