This individual will be instrumental in driving operational efficiency, achieving business goals, and ensuring compliance with immigration laws and regulations specific to Australia. Qualifications • Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor, manage, and collaborate with diverse teams. • In-depth knowledge of Australian immigration policies, processes, and regulatory requirements. • Strong strategic planning, decision-making, and business management expertise. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for client engagement and partnership development. • Operational and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively. • Proficiency in interpreting and applying complex regulations and ensuring compliance. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field; a postgraduate degree or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
