Senior Marketing Designer (Offshore) Hyderabad, IND About the Role Aptimized is seeking a Senior Marketing Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for a creative professional with extensive experience in graphic design and marketing who can produce high-quality, visually compelling assets and support strategic initiatives. You will work closely with our marketing lead to bring ideas to life and help shape our brand presence across multiple channels. What You’ll Do • Design and deliver promotional and advertising assets, including: • Social media posts • Postcards and mailers • Billboards • Flyers and signage • Digital ads and campaigns • Informational videos (production-ready) • Conduct market research to identify trends and assist in developing content strategies. • Generate creative ideas for campaigns based on social media and advertising trends. • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. • Understand advertising best practices within the medical services space. What We’re Looking For • Experience: 8–10 years in graphic design, marketing, advertising, and social media content creation. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (or equivalent) and video production tools. • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of medical services marketing and advertising. • Portfolio: Required—must demonstrate expertise in visual design and marketing assets. • Strong grasp of social media platforms, advertising strategies, and engagement trends. • Ability to work independently and in a team, delivering high-quality, production-ready materials.
