Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Engineer with a strong technical background in automation components to support sales, marketing, and customer engagement activities. The role requires close coordination with customers, sales teams, and internal engineering teams to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute marketing strategies for automation and industrial products • Provide technical support to the sales team during client meetings and presentations • Understand customer requirements and propose suitable automation solutions • Promote automation components and systems to industrial customers • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions • Prepare technical proposals, product documentation, and marketing materials • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback • Coordinate with internal teams for product development and improvement Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree (BE) in Electrical Engineering or Electronics & Communication Engineering Required Experience • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, or application engineering within the automation or industrial sector Technical Skills & Knowledge • Strong knowledge of automation components such as PLCs, HMIs, sensors, drives, control panels, and related systems • Good understanding of industrial automation applications and processes • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to customers Key Skills • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Customer-focused mindset • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Willingness to travel locally as required Preferred Candidate Profile • Local candidate from Vapi or nearby areas • Experience in industrial automation, OEMs, or system integrators will be an added advantage
