Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Senior Marketing Executive to lead sales and business development for industrial gases (Oxygen, Argon, DA refilling) and liquid gas tanker service ... s. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, managing key accounts, expanding market share, and driving consistent revenue growth across Surat and Ahmedabad regions. Key Responsibilities 1) Sales & Business Development • Identify, develop, and onboard new customers across industrial, medical, and commercial segments for gas refilling and liquid gas supply via tankers. • Build opportunities in sectors such as pharmaceuticals, hospitals, engineering, fabrication, chemicals, steel, foundries, and infrastructure projects. • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets within the assigned territory. • Drive bulk supply and long-term contract conversions to ensure stable recurring revenue. 2) Client & Account Management • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key accounts, ensuring service continuity and satisfaction. • Manage pricing discussions, negotiations, contract finalization, and long-term supply agreements. • Ensure timely payment collection and coordinate closely with the Accounts team for outstanding follow-ups. 3) Market Expansion & Competitive Intelligence • Conduct regular market surveys to monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and demand patterns. • Identify new industrial belts, projects, and institutional requirements to expand customer footprint. • Promote liquid tanker movement, bulk supply solutions, and contract-based supply models to improve market penetration. 4) Internal Coordination & Reporting • Coordinate with plant, logistics, production, and dispatch teams to ensure seamless order planning and on-time deliveries. • Prepare and submit daily visit reports, sales pipeline updates, and monthly performance reports. • Participate in sales meetings, reviews, and strategic planning sessions. Product Portfolio • Industrial Oxygen Cylinders • Medical Oxygen • Argon Gas • DA (Dissolved Acetylene) • Liquid Oxygen / Argon Tanker Supply • Bulk & Contract Supply Required Skills & Competencies • Strong understanding of the industrial gases market and customer applications. • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. • Proven ability to develop new territories and key accounts. • Good knowledge of logistics planning, tanker movement, and supply coordination. • High ownership, self-driven approach, and strong target orientation. • Willingness to travel extensively within Gujarat. Preferred Candidate Profile • 5–8 years of experience in Industrial Gases / Oxygen Plants / Gas Refilling / Cryogenic / Liquid Tanker Sales. • Prior experience handling Surat and Ahmedabad industrial belts. • Existing network in industrial customers and/or hospital/medical segments will be an advantage.
