We’re building at scale — and we’re looking for a senior marketing leader who can drive brand, growth, and performance together. Role Overview We are hiring a Senior Marketing Manager – Brand, Growth & Performance, a high-ownership leadership role responsible for brand strategy, demand growth, performance marketing direction, automation, and SEO / ASO. This role is 60–70% team leadership and 30–40% strategic & execution ownership. This is not a junior brand role and not a hands-off leadership role. This is a business-critical marketing leadership position. Key Responsibilities 1. Team Leadership & Management (60–70%) Lead, mentor, and scale a marketing pod consisting of : • Creative Designers • Video Editors • Social Media Manager • Content Strategist • Online Reputation / Community Management Responsibilities include : • Setting clear goals, KPIs, and execution standards • Reviewing creatives, content, videos, and campaigns with strong attention to detail • Ensuring speed, quality, and brand consistency across channels • Building an AI-first marketing workflow for productivity and scale • Managing performance, feedback, and growth of the team 2. Brand Strategy & Campaign Ownership • Own end-to-end brand strategy and campaign ideation • Candidate must have prior experience of executing 20+ brand campaigns • At Classplus, this role will : • Conceptualise and ideate all brand campaigns • Define campaign narratives, messaging, and creative direction • Drive execution through the team and partners • Ensure brand storytelling is business-led, data-backed, and performance-aware • Collaborate with leadership, sales, and product teams for integrated campaigns 3. Growth, Performance & Paid Strategy Ownership • Own paid performance strategy direction across channels • Work with internal teams / agencies on : • Acquisition strategy • Cost optimisation • Funnel improvements • Track and optimise key metrics : • CAC • Cost efficiency • Funnel conversions • Campaign ROI • Strong understanding of dashboards, panels, attribution, and reporting 4. SEO, ASO & Organic Growth • This role owns everything related to organic growth • SEO • ASO • Content-led discovery • Define strategy, execution, and performance tracking • Work closely with content, tech, and growth teams • Track rankings, traffic, conversions, and long-term ROI 5. Automation, Data & Analytics • Own and audit marketing automation systems (CRM, workflows, journeys) • Ensure correct setup, hygiene, and optimisation • Deep dive into data to identify insights and performance gaps • Translate data into clear actions for teams 6. Creative & Content Judgment • Strong eye for creative quality and storytelling • Understands what goes into high-performing content • Reviews scripts, videos, copy, and creatives • Balances creativity with scalability and business outcomes What We’re Looking For Experience • 5+ years of experience in marketing • Experience in startups / high-growth environments • Proven track record of : • Brand campaign execution • Team leadership • Performance-driven marketing • Strong exposure to : • Paid marketing strategy • SEO & ASO • Marketing automation • Analytics & KPI tracking • AI-first mindset (using AI tools for content, analysis, workflows) Skills & Mindset • Business-first marketer, not vanity-metric driven • High ownership and accountability • Detail-oriented with strong creative judgment • Structured, data-driven decision maker • Comfortable leading teams while staying hands-on Work Mode & Compensation • Location : On-site • Working Days : 6 days a week (office-based role) • Compensation : ₹15–23 LPA (based on experience and fit) Why Join Classplus • Build marketing at national scale • Lead a strong in-house team • Real ownership and decision-making power • Work directly with leadership • Backed by top global investors
