• About the Role We are looking for a dynamic Senior Marketing & Sales Head who can lead both marketing and sales functions with a strong focus on growth. The candidate should have deep experience in B2B/B2C markets, brand visibility, lead generation, and sales execution. This role demands a strategic thinker who can also drive real results on the ground. • Key Responsibilities: • Build and execute marketing & sales strategies to drive company growth. • Lead B2B and B2C marketing campaigns to strengthen brand visibility. • Manage lead generation, conversion funnels, and sales performance. • Guide and motivate the marketing & sales teams to meet targets. • Understand market trends, customer behaviour, and competition analysis. • Oversee digital marketing, performance marketing, and brand promotions. • Build partnerships, collaborations, and business development pipelines. • Track KPIs and present monthly performance reports to management. • Ensure growth-focused execution and strong ROI from all activities. • Required Skills & Experience: • 8–12 years of experience in marketing and sales roles. • Proven experience in B2B and B2C growth strategies. • Strong command of marketing strategy, lead generation, and sales execution. • Ability to drive revenue, expand brand visibility, and scale operations. • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills. • Experience in digital marketing and team management is a plus.
