About the Role We are looking for a dynamic Senior Marketing & Sales Head who can lead both marketing and sales functions with a strong focus on growth. The candidate should have deep experience in B2B/B2C markets, brand visibility, lead generation, and sales execution. This role demands a strategic thinker who can also drive real results on the ground. Key Responsibilities - Build and execute marketing & sales strategies to drive company growth. - Lead B2B and B2C marketing campaigns to strengthen brand visibility. - Manage lead generation, conversion funnels, and sales performance. - Guide and motivate the marketing & sales teams to meet targets. - Understand market trends, customer behaviour, and competition analysis. - Oversee digital marketing, performance marketing, and brand promotions. - Build partnerships, collaborations, and business development pipelines. - Track KPIs and present monthly performance reports to management. - Ensure growth-focused execution and strong ROI from all activities. Required Skills & Experience - 8–12 years of experience in marketing and sales roles. - Proven experience in B2B and B2C growth strategies. - Strong command of marketing strategy, lead generation, and sales execution. - Ability to drive revenue, expand brand visibility, and scale operations. - Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills. - Experience in digital marketing and team management is a plus.
