Location: New Delhi Experience: 7–12 years Employment Type: Full-time About the Role Hum Fauji Initiatives® (HFI) is looking for a Senior Marketing Strategist to drive strategic marketing, brand positioning, and go-to-market (GTM) initiatives across the organisation. This role focuses on shaping long-term marketing strategy and growth marketing direction, getting it executed efficiently and effectively, working closely with leadership and execution teams. Key Responsibilities • Own and drive the overall marketing strategy aligned with business objectives • Define brand strategy, positioning, and messaging frameworks • Lead go-to-market (GTM) planning for new initiatives and offerings • Provide strategic direction for growth marketing and campaign planning • Conduct market research and competitor analysis • Review marketing analytics to measure performance and ROI • Partner with internal teams and external agencies for execution alignment • Support B2B and/or B2C marketing initiatives, as applicable Required Skills & Experience • 7–12 years of experience in strategic marketing, brand strategy, or growth marketing • Proven experience with GTM strategy and campaign planning • Strong understanding of B2B marketing and/or B2C marketing • Data-driven mindset with exposure to marketing analytics • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Why Join HFI • Strategic ownership with visible business impact • Opportunity to shape brand and growth in a respected niche segment • High autonomy without hierarchical constraints Guidelines for sending Applications: To ensure thoughtful and relevant applications, we will review applications sent by email only for this post.
