Our client, a dynamic consumer electronics brand, is looking for a seasoned Senior Marketing Strategist to join their team in Vadodara, Gujarat, IN. This role is integral to shaping and executing the company's overall marketing vision, driving brand growth, and achieving market leadership. You will be responsible for conducting market research, identifying target audiences, developing comprehensive marketing plans, and overseeing the execution of campaigns across all relevant channels. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and brand positioning. • Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify growth opportunities. • Define target audiences and craft compelling value propositions for product and service offerings. • Plan and manage the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, traditional, and experiential initiatives. • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and maximum ROI. • Collaborate with product development, sales, and communications teams to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign execution. • Analyze marketing campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights for optimization. • Stay abreast of the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices. • Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies and partners. • Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. • Mentor junior marketing team members and contribute to team development. Qualifications: • Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in marketing strategy, brand management, or related roles. • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business results. • Strong understanding of market research methodologies and data analysis. • Experience with various marketing channels, including digital (SEO, SEM, social media, content), traditional advertising, PR, and events. • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM systems. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • Demonstrated leadership potential and team collaboration skills.
