The Senior Media Strategist will be responsible for in-depth market research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to inform media strategy development. You will identify the most effective channels, platforms, and tactics across digital media, including social media, search engines, display advertising, programmatic buying, and emerging platforms. A key part of this role involves setting clear media objectives, KPIs, and measurement frameworks, and continuously optimizing campaigns based on performance data. You will collaborate closely with creative, content, and account management teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of the media landscape, a proven track record of developing successful digital media strategies, and exceptional analytical skills. Experience with media buying, planning tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, programmatic DSPs) is essential. You should be adept at presenting strategies and results to clients and internal teams, possessing excellent communication and negotiation skills. This role requires a strategic thinker who stays ahead of industry trends and is passionate about leveraging media to drive business growth. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in media planning and strategy, is required. Key Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive digital media strategies aligned with client business objectives. Conduct thorough market, audience, and competitive research to inform media planning. Identify and recommend optimal media channels, platforms, and tactics for campaign execution. Set media objectives, KPIs, and establish robust measurement frameworks. Oversee the planning, buying, and execution of digital media campaigns across various platforms. Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance based on data insights. Collaborate with creative, content, and account teams to ensure integrated campaign delivery. Manage media budgets effectively and ensure maximum ROI. Stay abreast of industry trends, new media opportunities, and technological advancements. Present media strategies, performance reports, and insights to clients and internal stakeholders. Negotiate with media vendors to secure optimal placement and pricing. Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners and clients.
