Join a dynamic and forward-thinking media agency as a Senior Media Strategist, playing a pivotal role in developing and executing cutting-edge digital advertising campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients. You will be responsible for leveraging data-driven insights to identify target audiences, select optimal media channels, and optimize campaign performance across various digital platforms. As a Senior Media Strategist, you will lead the development of comprehensive media strategies, from initial client brief to post-campaign analysis. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research, analyzing consumer behavior, identifying emerging media trends, and recommending innovative approaches to reach and engage target audiences. You will collaborate closely with creative teams, account managers, and analytics specialists to ensure seamless campaign execution and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS). Key Responsibilities: Develop and present integrated media strategies and plans for digital campaigns. Conduct in-depth audience research and segmentation analysis. Identify and evaluate optimal media channels (e.g., social media, search, display, programmatic, video). Negotiate and manage media buys to ensure best pricing and placement. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights for optimization. Collaborate with creative and account teams to ensure campaign alignment and effectiveness. Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and emerging media opportunities. Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted media advisor. Develop post-campaign analysis reports and provide strategic recommendations. Mentor and guide junior media planners and specialists. Contribute to new business pitches and agency thought leadership. Ensure campaigns meet client objectives and KPIs. We require a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field, with at least 6 years of experience in media planning and strategy, with a strong focus on digital media. Proven experience in developing and managing successful digital campaigns across various platforms is essential. Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and presentation skills are required. Proficiency with media planning tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, DCM) is a must. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with media vendors and clients are also important. The ideal candidate will thrive in a hybrid work environment and possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.
