Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Meta Ads Specialist who has real, hands-on experience running and scaling Meta ads for fashion and D2C brands. This role requires ownership, strategic thinking, and performance accountability. Key Responsibilities • Plan, execute, and scale Meta ads (Facebook & Instagram) • Manage full-funnel campaigns (prospecting, retargeting, scaling) • Handle structured creative testing and performance optimization • Monitor and improve key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, AOV, MER) • Manage ad budgets responsibly and scale based on data • Coordinate with creative & Shopify teams for better performance Requirements • Minimum 2+ years of Meta ads experience in fashion / D2C brands • Proven experience managing meaningful ad budgets • Strong understanding of creative testing & scaling strategies • Up to date with current D2C market trends and Meta platform updates • Comfortable taking ownership of performance results • Strong analytical and reporting skills Preferred • Experience with international markets (US, UK, CA, AU) • Understanding of Shopify ecosystem & conversion tracking
