Senior New Business Implementer Shell EMEA Lubricants operates in over 115 countries across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. We supply approximately 1 billion liters of lubricant annually to a diverse customer base, including major car manufacturers, independent workshops, national utility companies, and wind farms, serving both B2C and B2B segments. The Supply Chain Optimisation & Development team, of which the New Business Implementation team is a part of, is accountable for implementation of new tenders, products, formulations and related special supply chain projects across EMEA. Within LSC, this team ensures growth in the business enabling sales and marketing opportunities as well as looking at cost optimization across our assets, which consists of a network of 9 lubricant/grease manufacturing locations, to become modern, flexible, and adaptable to future customer needs. What you’ll be doing Drive New Business & Improvement Initiatives • Lead the identification, scoping, and implementation of new business opportunities and continuous service improvements (CSI). • Conduct detailed tender assessments including costing, feasibility, and supply-chain risk evaluation. • Translate insights into execution-ready projects delivering measurable business value. Manage Complex, Multi-Stakeholder Projects • Integrate and align cross-functional teams, ensuring projects remain on track against strict timelines. • Apply strong project management disciplines to remove barriers and accelerate delivery. • Lead complex implementation projects—often on short notice—with full ownership of framing, resourcing, and execution. Strengthen Supply Chain & Digital Capabilities • Partner with supply chain operational teams to validate feasibility of new business proposals. • Advance digitalization of tender assessments and project tracking by leveraging tools and analytics. Enhance Customer & Commercial Value • Work with Sales, Marketing, and Product Line Management to ensure customer-centric and commercially robust solutions. • Prioritize initiatives that deliver both financial impact and enhanced customer experience. What You Bring • 4+ years’ experience in Supply Chain, including exposure to integrated supply chain processes. • 4+ years’ experience in Project Management within a supply chain, logistics, or operations environment. • Proven ability to manage and influence 10+ cross-functional stakeholder groups at varying seniority levels. • Demonstrated track record of delivering projects on strict timelines. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and convert insights into action. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Preferred: Professional certifications in: • Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.) • Supply Chain (APICS, CSCP, CIPS, etc.) • Experience working in multinational or matrixed organizations. • Experience using digital tools for project tracking, workflow automation, or data analysis. • Navigates complexity with confidence. • Builds trust across diverse teams. • Thrives under pressure and deadlines. • Enjoys solving business challenges. • Pushes for digital-first, simplified processes. • Drives projects from concept to delivery with a proactive mindset.
