Experience: 3+ Years Job Type: Full-Time Mode: Hybrid Location: Sector 16A, Film City, Noida About the Role We are looking for a Senior NLP / AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of large-scale AI systems across multilingual NLP, Speech AI, and Generative AI domains. This role focuses on building high-performance AI products including Translation, Transliteration, ASR, T ... TS, OCR, LLM-powered chatbots, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems serving enterprise and government clients. You will own end-to-end AI lifecycle management — from dataset creation and model training to optimization, deployment, and infrastructure scaling. Key Responsibilities AI Model Development • Train and fine-tune multilingual models for NMT, ASR, TTS, Transliteration, OCR, and LLM-based systems. • Build and maintain AI systems supporting 20+ Indian languages. • Design evaluation frameworks and improve model accuracy using standard benchmarks. • Create and manage large-scale training datasets. LLM & RAG Systems • Architect and deploy multilingual RAG pipelines. • Integrate open-source LLMs into chatbot and voice-bot platforms. • Build embedding pipelines, vector search systems, and hybrid retrieval workflows. Model Optimization & Deployment • Optimize models using quantization, pruning, and efficient inference frameworks. • Improve latency and throughput for real-time AI workloads. • Deploy scalable APIs and ensure high availability of AI services. Audio & Video AI Systems • Develop real-time speech-to-text pipelines and transcription systems. • Build subtitle extraction and cross-lingual translation workflows. • Integrate diarization, summarization, and language detection features. Infrastructure & Ownership • Manage GPU infrastructure on cloud environments. • Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain mission-critical AI services (99%+ uptime). • Optimize infrastructure usage to reduce operational costs. • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver enterprise-grade AI deployments. Required Experience • 3–5 years of experience in NLP, Speech AI, or Generative AI systems. • Strong experience building and deploying production-grade ML models. • Hands-on work with transformer architectures and multilingual systems. • Experience managing large models in GPU environments. • Ability to independently design, prototype, and scale AI solutions.
