Job Summary Responsibilities Monthly billing, monitor and manage receivables along with monitoring of cc wise MI on margins Business GBS India Central Finance Processes In charge of GBS recharges for GBS India units, which includes: • Validation of inputs against invoices generated, exercise controls over incorrect billing, etc. • Validation of the SLAs against monthly bill ... ing, in terms of validity, adequacy, basis of recharge etc. Allow billing only upon compliance. • Maintenance of all data around billing throughout the enter migration of billing from PS to SAP • Maintenance of data base around expected revenue vs targeted revenue (cost plus markup) and track variances, if any • Support AVP during Corporate Plan and Outlook exercises to update Group prescribed templates • Monitor and follow up for outstanding receivables from countries. • Support AVP during statutory and internal audits in submission of data relating to revenue • Monitor and manage appropriate reconciliations with GFS, regulatory team on outstanding receivables and income received in advance, if any Risk Management Adhere to Group guidelines in identification and reporting of risks Governance Ensure appropriate controls in place are adhered to in the billing process and margin management.
