About the Role You will be responsible for managing people, process, and performance across the Kochi studio. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong teams, streamlining workflows, improving efficiency, and creating a positive and highly collaborative work environment. Key Responsibilities HR & People Operations • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management. • Maintain clear HR documentation, policies, and compliance. • Support employee engagement, wellbeing, and cultural initiatives. • Facilitate performance reviews, feedback systems, and training programs. Studio Operations • Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning of the studio. • Coordinate with the Dubai office for processes, reporting, and documentation. • Handle resource allocation, attendance, leave management, and timesheet discipline. • Support leadership in implementing new systems, SOPs, and productivity tools. Team Coordination & Communication • Track meetings, MOMs, follow-ups, and internal communication. • Ensure teams adhere to timelines, project workflows, and assigned responsibilities. • Assist in organising internal events, celebrations, and team-building activities.
